- Kitchen and utilities – 5 ring ceramic hob, electric oven and built in microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Entertainment – 2 TV's in lounge and All bedrooms have a HDTV. Games room on the top floor with pool table, air hockey, table football and TV.
- For families – cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
- Outside – Plenty of garden space with separate front, side and rear lawns. Patio area with Hot tub.
- Parking – plenty of off-road parking available.
- General – bedlinen and bath towels provided, but please bring your own towels for use in hot tub. Heating and electricity included. Mountain bikes are available to hire from the farm and pick ups may be available on nearby routes and trails. Secure bike storage available on-site. Free Wi-Fi, but please note that speeds may be slow due to the rural location of the property. Half a mile of private fishing rights on local river. Information on local walks, cycle routes etc is provided. Supermarket delivery is available in the area.
