Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location and facilities were excellent.

Negative: One of the Chalet's neighbours was a hard of hearing older lady. In consequence she played TV, music at high volumes, which intruded on our Chalet. We complained to site management who resolved the issue. However the sound nuisance should not have occurred. Site management need to fully resolve the excess noise.
