The Space:
The house is spread out over 2 floors, has three different living areas, and the ability to entertain away from sleeping quarters. Finding a quiet place to relax and unwind no matter the time of day is made easy, with many indoor and outdoor places to get away and read or enjoy a glass of wine. The second living room contains plush leather couches and open fireplace to cosy up during those cold winter nights, with access to a TV with sound bar and bluetooth speakers, or plenty of books and puzzles to keep everyone happy.
This home consists of 5 bedrooms, including a master with ensuite (including shower and bath), his and her robes, and French doors that lead out to a private paved courtyard. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, the 2nd bedroom is configured with a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom with 2 singles, and 4th with single bed and full sized trundle. With a family bathroom on this floor also.
There is a large kitchen, which is fully equipped with generous amounts of crockery, pots pans, coffee machine and features a dishwasher, double oven, and large pantry.
Finally, there is a self-contained unit with internal and external access. This area provides a kitchenette, lounge with large flat screen smart TV, and fifth bedroom with French doors that open out to a private deck. This is the ideal space for a parent/grandparent retreat, or those with babies not wishing to disturb other guests.
Outside is where you will spend much of your time. A western facing courtyard features an outdoor dining / alfresco area perfect for an afternoon drink and nibbles. There is also plenty of space for the kids to run around, with a swing, hammock and fully equipped cubby and diggers to keep them entertained for hours. A hot outdoor shower before dinner is the perfect way to cleanse and unwind after a day at the beach.
This home is set up for families with toys, books, games, puzzles and a gate on the stairs. Other features include a large undercover courtyard overlooking the garden with dining/lounge area and BBQ. Full laundry, high speed broadband internet / Wifi, three televisions, central ducted heating, air conditioner, and ceiling fans.
