DBR is a gated complex with a community pool & assigned boat slips. One of the best parts is our proximity to stores.
This condo is on the 4th floor just steps away from the elevator. The unit has 3 bedrooms - the master with a king-size bed, one guest room with a queen bed and twin bunks, and the other guest room has a queen bed. Enjoy football games and movie nights in the living room on the new sectional sofa. The dining area has a large table that seats six as well as four barstools at the kitchen counter.
Duncan Bridge Resorts has a pool and boat docks with assigned slips, so you have a boat slip for your boat during your stay. The condo does have its own private laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. We offer plenty of bath towels as well as all the standard kitchen equipment. The condo has super fast wifi with Apple TV in all rooms along using Spectrum cable.
IMPORTANT: No trailers, campers, or oversized vehicles allowed in the parking lot.Your trailer can be stored at a nearby location for a very small fee. Management will have these towed at owners expense. Also, the HOA rules do not allow renters and guests to bring pets.
