The Space:
Nestled on a quiet residential street between Arvada and Westminster, this is the Denver home base you have been looking for.
The first thing you’ll notice is the plush, thoughtfully arranged living room with a Smart TV. Stream your favorite content or catch up on work with the help of the speedy WIFI. Like the rest of the upper floor, the décor starts with hardwood floors and flows up to ethereal interior design and bright windows to tempt in Colorado’s famous sunshine.
There is so much to love here, but let’s start with the roomy sleeping arrangements -- four bedrooms in all! Two bedrooms have luxurious king mattresses. The third bedroom is a queen and the fourth has a full bed. Room for everyone! The king Master Suite is a room you’ll adore coming home to after a busy day. Besides the bed, it sports an en-suite bathroom and ceiling fan. There is a second bathroom on the main floor, the highlight of which is the uniquely designed sink. Scope it out in the photos! The second king bedroom is in the fully finished basement, which is really its own separate apartment.
The soothing ascetic is continued on the lower level, which houses its own mini-kitchen and bathroom. The enormous lounging sofa invites you to relax and chill in front of the mounted Smart TV. The basement also has a cozy dining area and one of the home’s two king bedrooms. Feel free to pack light and make use of the washer and dryer, also located here. The space is just that -- spacious! You may find yourself spending more time downstairs than up.
Heading back up the stairs, take in the tricked-out kitchen with all the trimmings. Whip up a meal with the help of new appliances, or store takeout and microbrews in the huge fridge. A window and skylight help illuminate this delightful area. After making your morning coffee, wander over to the dining room’s French doors that open up to the bountiful backyard. Our home is located between Westminster and Arvada, two desirable suburbs of Denver. The district of Olde Town Arvada is included on the National Register of Historic Places and boasts more than 100 restaurants, breweries, specialty stores, galleries, bars, and other businesses.

It has remained golden by proving to be a quiet, charming city with easy access to downtown Denver, stunning views of the Rocky Mountains, 122 parks and more than 140 miles of trails – marked with at least seven public bicycle repair stations. It’s said each Arvada resident lives within 10 minutes‘ walking distance to a park. This home is no different -- you are just a short walk from Faversham Park and its lovely walking trails.
Zooming out, you will notice that Arvada is an ideal jumping-off point for exploring Denver, Golden, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, ski country, mountain towns, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and much, much more. One of the perks of staying in the suburbs is easy access to grocery stores and other conveniences. We love Beau Jo’s Pizza, the Yak and Yeti, Rheinlander Bakery and other local gems. You really will enjoy exploring each and every star in the Arvada firmament. Nearby Wheat Ridge and Tennyson Street in Berkeley are treats as well. It’s a wonderful place to visit!
Getting Around:
You’ll have access to the driveway for convenient parking. If you do park on the street around Denver -- especially Downtown! -- street sweeping regulations are posted and strictly enforced, so follow the rules to avoid getting a ticket.
For those without a car, we suggest utilizing a ride sharing service like Uber or Lyft. Both are readily available in Denver and its suburbs. Denver itself is very walkable, and you will see rental bikes and scooters scattered around town. From Union Station downtown, you can catch a light rail to several other neighborhoods.
If you’ve never been to Denver, it’s easy to get oriented. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is Southeast of Arvada. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while I-70 East intersects with I-25 for access to Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder, and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park. Get exploring!
