Summary: The hotel was nicely refurbished on the main floor/lobby but the hallways, elevators and rooms are all rather dated and worn looking. The beds and pillows were comfortable but linens and towels were not always very clean looking even before use. Linens and towels often smelled musty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby and pool spaces were well maintained. After a long day at Epcot the hot tub was much appreciated. If you are a light sleeper bring a noise machine or keep the AC fan running because you can easily hear doors slamming, people talking and noises from rooms above or below. Bathrooms had plenty of counter space and ok lighting but the showers/tubs were worn and dated. The furniture in the main room could benefit from a smaller fridge to make room for more storage space. For two people we barely had enough space to store clothes/laundry for a four night trip.
