Summary: Initially, upon arrival, our room felt like it had just been rained on. I have COPD and I could barely breathe. Just that was the reason for the low ratings. But we called the front desk and things changed. Initially they offered us a different room. But we were tired and had just unpacked, so we went with their plan B. They put in a small dehumidifier and hoped that would fix the problem. It was still very humid in the morning. We stopped at the front desk. The handyman took action. He got a heavy duty larger dehumidifier and a ionizer, for when we left. Amazingly, we came back to a what seemed to be a new room! We had to spill out the water several times a day but the room was just fine. This is the third year we’ve there and I think we’ll come back again.
