Please note: this home is for laid-back, low-noise guests looking for a peaceful getaway. We do all we can to spell out house rules & policies, so you can decide if this is a great fit for your team. We ask there be no music/noise after dark that a neighbor could hear. We do not host parties or events. We also require guests to have multiple positive reviews. *Disclaimer & Waiver in-house rules apply to each guest. Thank you in advance!

* We ask that no guest outside the booking enter the property.
* For laid-back crews that will keep noise levels down past 9:00 pm. We do not host parties. We firmly ask that no loud music be played on the dock or at home after sundown.
* Please sign & return the waiver before your stay; this will be emailed to you after you book.
* No street parking: there is plenty of parking at the house, & we don't want to clog up the neighborhood.

ITEMS TO NOTE
- Linens: Please start the first load on your way out. Ty!
- We leave a couple of beach towels, a roll of paper towels, & a roll of tp in each bathroom in case you forgot to pack! We have a Keurig, but we don't guarantee k-cups, so remember to pick up on the way!
- The house has a VERY steep pathway to the dock. This is not advised for the elderly, anyone with any walking-related disability, or anyone with prior injuries who may have trouble. The bottom line...it's steep.
- Life jackets & many floats are available at the house; however, all guests are instructed to bring life jackets up to code to wear on the dock & in the water. All guests use the dock and swim at their own risk.
- You can find a topper and sheet set for the living room sleep sofa under the far right bunk bed in the loft area. There is a second topper available for use on the downstairs sleep sofa as well.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Please start the first load of linens on your way out; thank, you!
- Throw used towels in the laundry room. We will wash!
- Please ensure all trash is bagged and put in the green garbage container outside. Overflow can go to the black container.
- Return ALL items to their original position – indoor & outdoor furniture, games, remotes, keys, etc...
- All dishes washed & put away.
- Set thermostat to 72, turn off all lights & lock all doors; return the key to the lockbox.
- Turn off ac/heating unit in the game room area.
- Clean any grill used and the firepit. We do not guarantee our cleaning team cleans the grill and firepit after every visit. Thank you for cleaning up, so the next guests can enjoy life on the lake!

Feel free to ask us before booking; we won't make any substantial changes, so rest assured you will be endlessly entertained!
