3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, all have bedside tables and reading lamps, two have walk in closets, one has a built in closet, two have new carpet. The main bedroom has polished wood floors and rug, air-conditioning, lovely views and a TV.
(Two of the queen bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which have a shower, toilet and vanity basin)
1 bedroom with two single beds with comfy new mattresses, bedside lamps and built in closet and new carpet
All bedrooms have curtains and/or blinds, insect screens on all windows.

A dedicated workspace with a timber desk, chair and power points, is located in a queen bedroom with good natural light and a good distance away from other bedrooms and living area. If requested the desk can be arranged in the fifth bedroom if you don’t require the nursery.

Sheets, bedding, doonas, blankets and pillows and towels supplied for the queen beds and single beds and towels for 8 people.

Our linen is professionally laundered at high temperatures at a commercial laundry.

NOTE: We do not supply pool towels, so please make sure to bring your own!

Main bedroom adjoins a nursery room with a single fold down sofa (suitable for a child to nap on) 1 porta cot and a change table with shelves and change mat, plus a built in closet.

NOTE: Please bring your own cot sheets and blanket and a comfy cot mattress and mattress cover.

Inground swimming pool, approximately 8 x 4 metres, fully fenced, it’s not heated, only a little by the sun! Pool is used almost the year round, maybe too cool for most in winter June-August.
Two barbeques, one family sized gas barbeque and a brick, built in barbeque you can use by burning your own wood or charcoal, we do not supply wood or charcoal for this barbeque, please purchase before your arrival.

Wood-fired pizza oven, hardwood palings supplied for pizza oven or bring your own preferrred hardwood. The barbecues and pizza oven are located in the undercover area within the fenced pool yard, there is a tall bar table and stools plus timber bench seats

As there's NO GLASS allowed inside the pool yard for safety reasons, we supply bamboo plates, cups, jugs, bowls and acylic ware for your convenience, and we recommend you buy drinks in aluminium cans to use by the pool. Wine can be dispensed into the acrylic jugs provided in the pantry.

A covered double carport adjoins the verandah by the front door
Parking for extra vehicles, boat trailer and caravan are no problem, as the gravel drive in area is broad, however, please advise at time of booking if you are towing a van.

New sunlit laundry has a brand new front loader washing machine, new tumble dryer and tub, outdoor rotary clothes line for sun and air drying the wash.

Guide dogs, and certified assistance dogs are accepted upon request. It is essential you let us know before booking.
