Summary: Overall, we had a really nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was lovely. Nice pool and workout room. The restaurant was great. We were there in Summer so it seemed short-staffed at times. At check-in we realized our AC didn’t work (each room had its own mini-split which seems crazy.) The guy at the front desk tried to find us a room with one that worked and ended up having to upgrade us to a suite. It was very kind of him. I would hesitate to book in summer again though because it’s an important amenity for me.
