This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story cabin in Pine Cove, sitting at over 6,000 feet elevation. The house is cozy with a fully fenced yard, perfect for kids and dogs.

We are close to the fire station and a 5 minute walk to a mini market. Town is a seven minute drive away!
You can park directly in front of the house. There is room for 3 cars.
Upon arriving, please do not park more than 3 cars in the driveway. One in the front, then two side by side. Our driveway is shared and space is needed to exit safely. After enjoying the wonderful fireplace, please just leave your ashes inside. Do not attempt to remove them from the fireplace. The cleaning crew will dispose of them for you.
Quite hours are between 10pm and 8am. If you are outside enjoying the hot tub, we just ask that you are quiet and respectful of the neighbors.
No smoking in the house. No vaping in the house.
No parties or events without the hosts written approval. Unapproved parties or events are cause for immediate removal and a $500 unauthorized gathering fee.
Please pick up puppy potty outside. If there are any puppy accidents inside, there is a steam cleaner in the upstairs closet for cleaning. There will be a $50 cleaning fee for any puppy potty left on the carpet.
There is also a $25 cleaning fee if the hot tub is left filthy (lots of folks put their dogs in making the water too dirty to simply clean). The drain and refill fee is $60. The spa service technician comes between each guest, guaranteeing you the freshest spa experience.
