Seaside Shack (Tiny Home) has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Huge 30 by 40 slab outside the tiny home with full RV hook ups. ****Owner is currently using the boat house. The rental does not include use of the boat and/or the boat house. 30/50 AMP hook up is available for an additional $50 per night.
The RV Blue Pelican Lot has a 32 foot RV with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. RV is covered by a 25 ft by 35 ft gable. There is a 40 ft by 15 ft slab overseeing the canal and a walk way to the fishing dock. There is an 8 by 10 building for the outside that has air conditioned Full Restroom.
Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing over the weekend. Bring your fishing poles and fish in the canal.
