Set back on a quiet road, the house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. This is a perfect remote work getaway and also great for families, with a portable crib and any baby items you may need. The house features a high-end kitchen, outdoor cast iron fire pit, and luxurious bedding.
The Space:
Blueberry Ridge is a cozy cottage with plenty of space to unwind and escape with family and friends, indoors and out. The house is located off a quiet dirt road minutes from downtown Narrowsburg. Meander down the quiet private roads or explore nearby hikes, check out the local swimming holes, roast marshmallows around the cast iron fire pit, gaze at the star-filled sky, or just enjoy the fresh air.
The light-filled home has an abundance of windows, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights, and a large dining table for entertaining, with sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive outdoor deck. The large farmhouse-style kitchen is stocked with everything a modern chef could need, plus we have a brand new Weber grill on the outdoor patio.
There are three bedrooms in the house, with two on the upper floor, each with queen beds and one with an additional twin daybed. The bedrooms are outfitted with Tuft & Needle mattresses, luxurious linens made by the manufacturers of Frette, along with colorful vintage textiles sourced from local Narrowsburg shop, Sunny's Pop.
The main bathroom is between the upper bedrooms, and features a large shower and double vanity, with newly appointed finishes. Ultra plush towels and bath amenities by Public Goods are provided so you can relax at ease.
In the lower level, you'll find another large den space featuring a 65" Smart TV and our curated library of vintage books by our friends at Sweet Pickle Books, along with an assortment of games and toys. This area opens to another bedroom with a queen bed, and also features sliding doors to the lower stone patio where we have a cast iron fire pit and Adirondack chairs.
The house is great for families, with plenty of space to put a portable crib, plus a highchair, changing table, baby/kids bath, baby monitor, a few toys (all of which we provide) and lots of space to run around outdoors.
The house has Nest thermostats, plus a wood-burning stove in the living room, to keep you warm during the colder months, and ceiling fans in the upper bedrooms to keep you cool in the summer.

Blueberry Ridge House is located in the heart of the Delaware River Valley just minutes from the hamlet of Narrowsburg. This quaint walkable town has lots of explore-worthy stores and restaurants. Grab a sandwich at The Tusten Cup and local groceries at Narrowsburg Proper, enjoy wood-fired pizza outdoors at The Laundrette, pick up some local wines at Narrowsburg Fine Wines, or shop the farmers market. Try swimming in the Delaware River, golf nearby at Sullivan County Country Club, horseback ride at Bridle Hill Farm, visit the alpacas at Buck Brook Farm, or explore the various hikes around the Catskills. Getting Around:
Blueberry Ridge House is less than two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.

The property has a brand new 65" television, and Sonos bluetooth speakers, backgammon, chess, and an assortment of other games for you to enjoy. We also have high-speed cable WiFi.
