Summary: Whilst not in Cala d’or but Cala egos, the 30 minute walk is picturesque passing a beach and extensive marina .DIrect buses or taxis are conveniently located. Reception staff were helpful, and other staff pleasant. This is a large complex split into various blocks and areas with apartments either located around the pools, stage area or away from these central areas. Whilst the complex had just opened and had a low volume of visitors there were a few issues. Upon our arrival and throughout the first day one individual in the pool area was shouting, singing for at least six hours with many expletives as part of a small group. Whilst this Brit liked the sound of her own voice spoilt the pool area and beyond. It was noticeable when she departed the pool area became more popular with guests . The disappointment was that management didn’t interject and ask her to mellow her tone. We’re all for enjoying yourselves on holiday but allow others also. The above being a big disappointment , our superior accommodation was on the third and top floor and was spacious and with all you need. Beds were made and towels changed daily. The balconies orientated for sun all day. When in your room adjacent rooms with normal use couldn’t be heard. Facilities were good, with various bar areas, excellent pizzeria -maybe the best we’ve ever had. Entertainment of various forms were available throughout the day and into the evening. Locally there are shops, supermarkets and bars/restaurants
