- Bedroom one has 2 simple beds, storages, AC, access to a second terrasse with a seaview (about 10m2)
- Bathroom one enclosed to the first bedroom (opened) with a large shower and a sink
- Bedroom two has two single beds, storages, fan
- Bedroom three has two singed beds, storage, fan
- Bathroom two has a bathtub, double sink and toilets
- In the corridor to access bedroom 3 and bathroom2, there is a laundry machine.
Then, there is a rooftop of 103 m2 with outside seating area with a beautiful seaview.
This apartment has 2 parking spots in the underground of the building.

## Neighborhood
This wonderful 3 bedroom apartment is located in the Fontonne area of Antibes, which is about 5mn driving distance to the old pedestrian town of Antibes. There, it is very residential and secure while being close to the beach and amenities.
## Notes
Cleaning is included in the reservation. However, dishes will need to be made before check out and trashes will need to be evacuated.
There is also a set of bed linens per bed upon arrival. All beds will be prepared as single beds since all bedroom have two single beds each. However, if you wish for the single beds to be prepared as double, please ask the agency.
