Summary: Location was awesome! Room was dated but ok. Lol. The floor had more waves than the ocean. We booked an oceanfront room and was told that since they were a timeshare hotel, they dont guarantee any reservations made by outside parties (like expedia). We were only staying three nights and they wanted us to move rooms for the last one. Housekeeping staff was awesome. Communicative, helpul, friendly, etc. Front desk staff was horrid. Not friendly, impatient, and condescending.
