3 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms (1 en suite). Open plan living, dining room and kitchen downstairs. This spacious villa is fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV in living area downstairs. Upstairs 2 bedrooms have sea views with private balconies. Main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Private parking bay next to house. Garden with veranda and outdoor dining / living area and barbecue. Shared swimming pool. The villa is situated in an old olive grove and there are 9 other houses in the complex all built in a circle around the swimming pool. The villa has beautiful views of the sea. We provide all bed linen, towels, beach towels and crockery.
Gundogan: Gundogan is one of the quietest towns on the peninsula. For the club scene you have to travel to the main town of Bodrum which is 20 km away. There are plenty public transport available to travel on around the peninsula. Gundogan has a small supermarket, hospital , pharmacies and diy shops to meet your immediate needs. There are popular local fish, pide and kebab restaurants in close proximity to our home. Once a week you can buy fresh produce from the local market. On the bay you are able to join water sports such as jet skiing, swimming, fishing, snorkelling and daily boat trips. All these are within walking distance of the villa. The sea is 200m away and has some lovely little bars where you can enjoy a sundowner.
History: There is plenty to see in terms of history close by with a car. You can drive to the Roman city Ephesus and see one of the wonders of the world (approximately 2 hours by car).
Bodrum castle and amphitheatre is 20 minutes drive away. Many small ancient village close by are visited on their market days at which time you can buy produce grown or made by the locals.
