Summary: The home is beautiful. It was clean and well stocked with towels, cooking pans and kitchen items. The only issue that we had was the grill. The grill did not work. We discovered this after we readied our $400.00 in steaks for the grill. We called Jeeves and spoke with Francisco C. and he advised us to go and refill the tank which we did. It still would not work. He sent maintenance and they could not fix it because the wires were frayed. We offered to go buy an inexpensive grill at Home Depot, but Francisco called his boss named JODI and she said no, too bad and was so rude. They did not agree to any of our solutions and would not offer any solutions for us and were oh so rude. I would absolutely terminate their employment if they worked for me. Our dinner was ruined because of Jeeves. The next day at about 8am a man from Jeeves called and asked if we wanted a grill. Seriously! We said "no, we needed it last night"!
