The Space:
This modern family home styled with a coastal theme features an open plan living space that caters to large families and groups of friends. Upon entering, the open-plan kitchen flows into the dining and sitting area. Featuring high ceilings, the single-level home is extremely spacious with a media room, kids play room, large open kitchen, open living/dining and an outdoor entertainment area separated by glass doors. Attached to the living area is the hallway which leads to the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry. The master bedroom is situated at the end of the hallway and features a comfortable king-sized bed, air-conditioning and a spacious open ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet. Designed with families in mind, the second bedroom consists of a queen bed and is located next to the main bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and makes a perfect room for the kids. The fourth bedroom is positioned at the front of the home as you enter the front door, this room is complete with a comfortable queen-sized bed and beachy accents. The final bedroom has its own private entry and can be accessed through the outdoor pergola area, this room features a queen-sized bed overlooking the outdoor area.
The spacious undercover patio area is complete with an outdoor setting with seating for 10, an outdoor lounge, BBQ and a trampoline with a safety net to keep the kids busy. The backyard is fully fenced (6 feet high) with the front electric gate closed, which means you can holiday with peace of mind knowing your four-legged friend is safe and content. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the shores of Bokarina Beach, a fantastic surf break and a great family friendly (and dog friendly!) beach. Bokarina is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, an expansive retail precinct plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. With exceptional cafes and eateries just a few minutes bike or drive away, you won’t be short of things to do while staying in this lovely Sunshine Coast home.

The home is located within walking distance of the Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks all close by. Bokarina is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, an expansive retail precinct plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 5 minute walk (200m) to Nicklin Way where the main bus services are available and operate frequently northbound and southbound.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
