Summary: Hotel is in fine condition and value for money. Staff are trying the best they can but some issues with hot water running out due to a tank issue meant I was offered another room. This was excellent and handled by receptionist in a calm and professional manor. What let the trip down was the kids allowed to run up and down the halls knocking and shouting on each others doors till 3am. Not the hotels issue but gives an example of the type of people who frequent these types of hotels. Did notify the reception on check out and he said they would try to stop this but I was leaving so I hope the other guests who complained about the same thing at breakfast got this cleared up for the rest of their stay. Apart from these issues it was straight 6 or 7 out of 10 for the facilities and a 9 out of 10 for the staff.
