This beautiful home has recently been renovated inside and out. Located just a 10 minute drive to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and 15 minutes to Downtown Bradenton puts this home right in the middle of unlimited shops, restaurants, and activities. As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open floor plan with family room, kitchen, and living room which all open out to a large screened patio and pool through french doors. All three bedrooms are very large furnished with 1 king bed in the master, 1 queen and 2 twin-size beds in the guest bedrooms. These two guest bedrooms share a beautifully remodeled bathroom with soaking tub. The master en-suite bath has a large walk-in shower and closet. The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar opens out to the patio via french doors and is equipped for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a serene and quiet atmosphere out by the pool overlooking the lake or try some fishing off the dock.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 7 night minimum reservation required and must be Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

Summary: This turn of the century house was large and in a nice neighborhood. Being on a canal was also a plus. The pictures of the pool were not accurate. This was because the pool cage had been damaged in a hurricane last year and then torn down.In the title of the property it says heated swimming pool. In the fine print, it said that you had to pay to heat the water in the pool. I missed that. I was willing to pay to heat the water, but it would have increased the temperature of the water 1 to 2F in 24 hrs. So the description of the pool in my opinion was not accurate or complete. Having a pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property to stay at.In the master’s shower, we could not get the hot water to work. We called the facilities management company, but no one came to fix it or even gave us a call back to check if we got it working.The televisions were connected through a satellite. So each TV had 2-3 controllers to get a picture on the TV.There were no instructions on how to use them.I could not get the TV in the living room working. I called and reported it to the facilities management company. They said they would research it and get back to me. No one called me or a technician sent over to show me how to work.In the last two VRBO stays, I have had issues with properties that were managed by a third party. The issues were never resolved.
