Summary: We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Firstly, there was no one to contact in case of emergency. There was no receptionist and no front desk help. The restaurant on the compound is out of service. However, there are a lot of places near by to eat. There was no iron in the room, we had to take our clothes to the dry cleaner nearby for them to iron and it costs about 70 pounds that was not in our budget. I called the # that was given to us but it went unanswered. If you are traveling from the US please buy a connector to plug your phone as the one they have does not work for us. One day our room was not cleaned and there were no fresh towels. The housekeeping staff left early so there was no one to get anything from. The Bromley area was very nice and you can walk to food and shopping. I would not stay at this hotel again but I would stay in the Bromley area again. Thanks. I forgot to say the air conditioner was not working and we didn't know how to adjust it. I had to charge my phone at a nearby store even after I bought an adapter because the line was not working in the hotel. However, I banged on all the doors that say Private, until a lady came out and changed my room to another room.
