The Space
Designed with distinctive modern architecture, this custom designed cabin contains 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with an open concept kitchen and living area. The interior contains a minimalist style with stained concrete floors, quartz countertops and vaulted ceilings, all appointed with modern recessed lighting. The central great room is equipped with a built-in electric fire place and a 65 inch smart smart TV, so bring your own streaming logins. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and begs to be cooked in. Enjoy a massive quartz island countertop and custom modern cabinets stocked with cookware.
Grab a good book and hang out on the wrap around deck, or just appreciate the view from the 10-foot tall windows in the living room and bedrooms. In cool weather, open the 3 sets of large sliding glass doors and let the sounds of nature lull you to sleep. The design provides soaring 12-foot tall ceilings, and tons of natural light. Also, smart home lighting and other technology is added for extra comfort. Just ask Alexa to turn on the lights, tv, or electric fireplace while you sit back and relax.
Concerned about neighbors and privacy? Just outside guests will enjoy the privacy of two (2) wooded acres that are isolated from other residential properties, so you won’t be seeing other neighbors during your stay. In the mornings, wake up to sunrises over the eastern mountains in both bedrooms. Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the wide-spread mountain views from the 600 square foot wrap around deck that is accessible from all rooms. Immediately adjacent to the deck is a covered hot tub and fire pit. A charcoal grill is also located along the side.

We are only a five minute drive from Tallulah Gorge State Park! Other local attractions include Lake Rabun, Downtown Clayton, Minnehaha Falls, Wander North Georgia, Black Rock Mountain State Park, Halls Boat House, Moonrise Distillery, Lake Seed.
Pet Rules:
We are a pet friendly cabin. However, to protect from allergens, dog hair, stains, and other damages we ask that guests follow these rules:
Pets 50lbs and under are allowed with a $100 pet fee. No large dogs, unless conditionally approved by the owner.
Do not allow pets to lay on the couch or bed comforters, unless pet bedding or a blanket is put down for protection. Bath towels and owner blankets provided are not to be used in any manner for your pet. Please BYO pet bedding.
After your stay please make an effort to clean up after your pet. Should excess dog hair or stains be found, extra cleaning fees may be charged at the discretion of the owner.

No Smoking
Because of septic systems size, reservations are capped at a six (6) guest maximum. Additional guests found over the cap will result in a fee of $100 per guest.
No unauthorized business related photography or filming is allowed at the property without consent of the owner.
* If any of the above rules are broken, be advised that the owner may levee fees and/or evict the guest(s) at his discretion.
Disclosures
The large south facing windows in both bedrooms and great room, do not contain blinds. Don’t worry, though, there are no neighbors nearby. Instead, you’ll enjoy two acres of private woods.
The exterior lights are automated to come on and off in the evening hours. If you need to control them, you are still able to turn them on and off manually from switches inside.
There are two private closets that are not accessible to guests. One is accessed in the interior and the other is accessed on the exterior. Both are locked and marked with "private" signs. Please do not try to enter.
For guest safety and cabin security, the exterior of the cabin is equipped with outdoor cameras. In regards to locations, one points at the driveway entrance, one points at the parking area in front of the cabin, and one points at the rear deck. A doorbell camera is found at the entrance to the cabin.
Other Things to Note:
Firewood is available on site in wood piles on the deck side of the cabin. BYO own lighter.
There is a charcoal grill near the fire pit area. If you plan on grilling, please bring your own charcoal and lighting fluid, as they are not provided.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots/pans.
A Keurig Coffee and regular filter coffer maker is provided. There is ground coffee and filters available for guests. Bring your own k-cups.
Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries
A smart tv is provided, but there is no cable, so BYO streaming logins.
There is parking for up to four cars
Guest Wi-fi is included
In-unit washer/dryer are available.
