Enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the beautiful backyard. After a long day at the beach enjoy your private outside shower. Spend the afternoons playing outside games with your family and friends. There's Giant Jinga, Cornhole, Ladder Ball, and Yard Yahtzee. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
