Construction on this stylish 3-bedroom, 3 ½-bath home wrapped up in August 2019 and the results are stunning. Located in the lush mountains of Escaleras, between the southern Pacific coastal towns of Dominical and Uvita, Ballena Royale sparkles and shines with every footstep through this lovely property.
The living area, swimming pool, bedrooms, gazebo/palapa, and pool bar all feature storybook jungle-to-ocean views. Gaze out at the world-famous Whale's Tail reef and you may be lucky enough to spot a blue whale navigating the Pacific shoreline below. The house is so private that only toucans, monkeys, parrots, geckos, butterflies, and sloths are within eyesight.
Ballena Royale was made for outdoor living. Belly up to a gorgeous wood bar or let the sounds of the water fountain lull you to sleep in a nice lounge chair. When you're feeling spry, do a few laps in the infinity pool or partake in some yoga exercise over at the palapa. With something for everyone, this is a great vacation option for families and friends.
The home is fully equipped with wireless internet, a flat-screen television, a dishwasher, BBQ, a multi-car garage, a gated entrance, and a washer/dryer unit. There are a half-dozen pool lounge chairs as well as plenty of outdoor furniture. The nearest bar and restaurant, Bar Jolly Roger, is a 2-minute drive from the house. It'll take anywhere from 10-20 minutes in the car to reach most local beaches, towns, shopping places, and restaurants.
