Our brand new fully furnished studio suites include private kitchenettes with quartz countertops, abundant built-in storage, vinyl flooring, and large double paned windows with natural lighting. This is a great opportunity to stay in a stylish community without being far from all of the best that Oakland has to offer.
The Space:
This studio has a private bathroom, living space, and kitchenette that contains a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, and hot plate. You will have access to a common shared full kitchen, located on the first floor, which has an oven, dishwasher, and larger fridge that is available for you to use. You will also have access to a shared washer/dryer. The full kitchen and laundry is shared with 4 other studios in the building.

You will have access to the building as well as your studio suite. The common kitchen area is on the first floor, upon entering the building.
