The apartment is in the heart of the historic quarter, where access by car is very difficult and parking is prohibited. It is important to note that you are only allowed to enter the historic center by car 3 times per quarter year. Although you are not allowed to park, you can usually load and unload your suitcases at our office. It is very difficult to get all the way to the apartment though. We highly recommend parking first.The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building with a lift.
Please be advised that the apartment is located in the center of the city. While Girona is not a busy ´24-7´ city, there may be some street noise if the windows are open. There are also many churches, and the bells toll every hour. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
A late check-in is no problem, but we do have a policy (after 21:00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20 euro;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40 euro;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course, if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00:00 we will be there for you.
Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
