Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location is near the big cathedral and close to the subway station. The view to the city was nice because the hotel is on a hill. There was a bus station really close. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The reception desk is 24h and there is someone there at all times. The first floor is really beautiful. Thanks to Manoush, Maria and Luka our stay was super comfy. The room had a Jacuzzi so it was relaxing and calm. The room was super clean and cleaned every day. There was a work desk at the room. There was a printer in the hotel and I was able to use it whenever needed. There was a safe in the room. The door opened with a keycard. The wifi was fast and had good coverage throughout the hotel. There was a powerful air conditioning in the room. I especially recommend Luka's latte coffee for the interesting coffee downpour effect right in the glass. In general all the restaurant food is tasty and professionally made.
Negative: Sometimes the staff was busy with other guests so we had to wait. The unanswered voicemail light was blinking on the phone and there was no way to remove it.
Summary: Calm and charming, super clean hotel and tasty restaurant food.
