We're not liable for any issue or missing deliveries and we do not cater or store any packages for our guests. ✓Do not disrespect Neighbors. ✓Please follow check-in and out instructions. ✓Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. ✓Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this. ✓Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. ✓Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. ✓No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). ✓No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. ✓Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). ✓No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.

✓We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.
✓If we make a mistake you may be entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the mistake. We DO NOT refund Airbnb service fees or taxes.

★★If cleaners found damages in the property or in any of our appliances/furniture during the bi-weekly cleaning, you are liable to pay for the damages to continue the reservation, otherwise, we may ask you to leave without any refund★★

★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.

★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.

★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of pet rent.
