Brown Manor is located on a private concrete drive. There are two parking spots off of the driveway available for guests and a paved sidewalk that leads down to the cottage.

The living room boasts a large picture window with stunning views, a gas fireplace for cozy evenings, and a smart TV for entertainment. A sliding glass door leads to the deck, where you’ll find a hot tub perfect for soaking under the stars. Please note: The cottage is located down a steep hill from the parking area, accessible via a paved sidewalk. Guests should be prepared for the incline when walking to and from the property.

The path going from the parking to the manor is paved, but it does go downhill to the manor.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we will have an external security camera located by the front door facing the sidewalk and parking area.
Internet is provided, but can be slow and spotty at times. Streaming is not guaranteed. Due to the location, we do experience occasional outages out of our control.
