Outside there is off road parking for five cars, bike storage on request, enclosed decking and a patio with furniture and a hot tub. Bryn Derw is a superb, luxurious Conwy cottage for family and friends to enjoy making superb holiday memories.

Electric range oven and 6-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, docking station, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, WiFi, selection of books, games, toys and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter back for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (Please note additional towels for the hot tub are not provided). Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 5 cars. Storage for bikes on request. Patio and decking with furniture and hot tub. Stabling and adjacent grazing for horses on request at additional cost. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, to be kept in kitchen, sitting room and conservatory. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is an electric pylon in the next field, visible to the side of the property. Note: Luggage storage available prior to check-in and post check-out by arrangement with owner.
