Positive: very comfortable property, airy and big enough for 2 people, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed and nice bathroom; there was a washing machine in the property, drying rack and iron and ironing board, broom and mop to keep it clean.
Negative: 1. the air-conditioning is not big enough to cool down such a big property on 2 floors, especially in 30 C temperature with 85-95% humidity as we had during our first week. during the autumn or winter months might be enough but not for summer. It is located on the top floor, in the hallway, oriented towards the bedroom door; 2. another suggestion is for the owner to provide more than 1 bin bag as the guests will have to buy a 20 bag roll to have just 1 more. during 7-10 days, one needs at least 2 bin bags for all the rubbish. also the were only 3 rolls of toilet paper. just a gentle reminder that for tourists renting a holiday property abroad it is expected to at least be provided with bin bags and toilet paper - it is a hotel type rental; 3. also, the next door neighbor at number 5, has 2 very loud Chihuahuas who bark all the time, day and night, even if the wind blows a bit loud; we have learned that most of the people in that complex are owners and live there all the time / most of the time, only an handful of bungalows are rented for tourists; on the other hand the other neighbor's 2 huge dogs were really friendly and quiet
