Surrounded by a colorful garden, a spacious terrace and roof terrace with sea views, only exposed to the rustling of the palm trees and at night the view of an unclouded starry sky, rest and relaxation are guaranteed.
The location is very advantageous for surfers. The surfing spot Playa del Viejo Rey can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes and windsurfers drive 5 minutes by car to Matas Blancas or 12 minutes to Sotavento / Risco El Paso. All year round you have either wind or wave (or both). The spots in the south at Jandia can be reached in 20 minutes, the Northshore / Corralejo / Cotillo can be reached in about an hour.
