The property is fully fenced with spacious verandah space making it an ideal and safe environment for children to play. Beautiful house surrounded by lush green lawns, perfect for a game of cricket or simply lazing under the peppermint trees.

The Home
This home is fitted out with quality fixtures throughout making it ideal for families. It sleeps 6 comfortably with the option of a fold out bed in the living area if required.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms (1x QB, 1x DB, 3x Bunk beds), one bathroom/ensuite with shower/bath adjoining the main bedroom. Large living area, meals nook, spacious kitchen, laundry and toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped for the cooking enthusiast with separate fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hotplates with plenty of bench space and plentiful crockery and servingware. There is an extensive range of cooking appliances, such as sandwich grille, pizza oven, Nespresso coffee machine and much more.
Rammed earth and cedar with exposed beams and spacious verandahs provide a rustic charm suitable for a cosy winter night or balmy summer days.
Kick back and relax outside in the hammocks or relax infront of tv with your favourite dvd. Wash the beach sand off your feet with the outdoor shower.
Cosy winter nights are best spent nestled by the wood fire with a glass of red wine.
