Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! CABBAGETOWN ATLANTA
Hip Cabbagetown is an artsy neighborhood with cozy eateries serving burgers and hot dogs, brunch and Southern specialties. Colorful 1800s mill cottages with double-height porches line the narrow streets, and striking street art covers the Krog Street Tunnel, tucked beneath rail tracks. Oakland Cemetery features lavish 19th-century memorials and the grave of “Gone With the Wind” author Margaret Mitchell.
Getting Around:
King Memorial is on the Blue and Green Line. This station has MARTA bus service and ‘Kiss & Ride’ parking. The elevated platform overlooks Atlanta’s historic Oakland Cemetery on the south side of the station. The neighborhood is filled with converted factories and public housing that are now trendy lofts and townhouses. The Sweet Auburn District is a bus ride or walk away.
MARTA Bus 21 travels west toward downtown with stops on Memorial Drive at:

Boulevard

* Please respect the neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 9pm and 8am.
* Additional, undisclosed overnight guests will be subject to a $25 fee per person, per night.
* No parties.
* No smoking.
* No cats.
* One pet will be subject to a non-refundable $150 fee, and each additional pet will be $100. A $500 fee will be charged per undisclosed pet, and a $25 fee will be charged per poop left behind. Guests are liable for any pet damages.
