The North Wales town of Bala in the Snowdonia National Park is just three miles down the road. Downstairs there is a separate lounge and dining room both with lakeside views. The lounge is cosily decorated with wooden floors, a wood-beamed ceiling and a stone fireplace with woodburning stove. Another inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove is located in the dining room across the small hall, which has seating for up to five people. The fully equipped kitchen contains a two-person breakfast nook. A rear entrance from the property can be found in the storage and drying room at the back, with a small cloakroom. There are three bedrooms upstairs, all looking out across the lake to the mountain ranges.
