This wonderful apartment has a designated covered parking space, where a level entrance into the building, from the parking area, leads to the door of the apartment. From the spacious hallway, double doors open to a fantastic open plan living area, beautifully crafted kitchen and sitting area for up to six people. This is a smashing social area for all the family to sit back, relax together. From the open plan living area, French doors lead out to the terrace, where you can watch boats bob along the Kingsbridge estuary and spot wonderful scenes of wildlife.
Three stylishly furnished bedrooms; the master bedroom has a King-size bed, gorgeous waterside views and en suite shower room, and is perfect for relaxing in after a day spent exploring South Devon. Bedroom two has a King-size bed where you will sink into the comfortable mattress in your spacious bedroom. The third bedroom has a single bed and chair. In addition to the en suite shower room is a family bathroom with bath and shower over for soaking tired limbs after discovering hidden coves, walking along The South West Coast Path.
