Summary: The hotel was great in appearance. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in....to the hotel itself and to our room. My family of four was booked for the room. They only left 2 sets of towels. When we called to ask for more, they told us we could come to the desk for them. The sofa bed in our room was a trundle bed - which is fine. It was a bare mattress, however, with no sheets or blankets anywhere in the room for it. All in all, I was disappointed in the furnishing of the room and in the service level.
