There are 3 BR's and 2.5BA's for your convenience. BR 1 has a Queen bed, BR 2 has a Queen bed and BR 3 has a full bed sleeping 6 comfortably. To stay cool during the summer months, BR 1 has a mini-split AC unit and BR 2 and BR 3 have window AC units. All linens, towels, etc...are there for your convenience. Full size clothes washer and clothes dryer are there for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker and more. The home is neat and tidy and has room for the whole family. WiFi is available. There is private parking and a private boat dock. You can rent Kayaks and canoes at Raquette River Outfitters right down the road. If you have your own boat you can launch it at the NYS boat ramp a short drive from the home. You have access into Big Tupper Lake, Lake Simond, Raquette Pond and the Raquette River directly from your dock. Don't forget to visit the Wild Center Museum while you're here.
