In this familiar urbanisation of Mal Pas, this fantastic house offers accommodation to 8 guests and it is located at only 130 meters from the paradisiacal Platja de Sant de Pere.
Many are the places, that offers this beautiful house, where you can have lots of fun. We invite you to have tasty breakfasts, to make delicious barbecues next to a bottle of wine, or to enjoy of a well-deserved rest on one of the two sun loungers or on the hanging hammock, after an entertaining time playing ping-pong or an afternoon at the beach.
It is a two-storey construction, although its rooms are located on the upper floor. In it you will find a large living-dining room, where to watch satellite TV and prepare banquets all together. Take into account that the chimney is just decorative. Then you gain access to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with gas hob. There are four bedrooms with wardrobe, two of them with double bed and the other two with two twin beds. Two of these dormitories have an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two more bathrooms, one with bathtub that completes that floor and another one with shower on the ground floor - where there are only that bathroom and the garage-. There is an air-conditioning equipment at the corridor of the living-dining room and another one in the dormitories. Upon request, there are two radiators, a cot and a high-chair.
Mal Pas is a peaceful urbanisation, populated specially by local people, ideal for those relax and beach holiday lovers. A few minutes' drive away, you gain access to all the necessary facilities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada, at only 7 km away. And, beside, you can take advantage of going to it to stop casually in Alcúdia, where we totally recommend you to do a city tour, as it has its walls and where on Thursdays and Sundays it takes place a market.
Note: This renting cannot accept guests under 25 years old, except when they travel with their parents. We do need copies of the ID of each person to be able to accept the booking.
