This fantastic flat overlooks the beautiful Kingsland Basin in Haggerston. It.has an open-plan, double-aspect living space with a brand new kitchen installed in 2023 with integrated branded appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven with air fryer function and induction hob). The kitchen includes a breakfast bar that can also be used as a workstation.
The living area, newly redecorated in 2023, has a round dining table with 4 'Gel' chairs and a classic Ligne Roset Togo corner sofa. The LG 50" smart TV is set up with hifi speaker so you stream and enjoy your own audio and video content.
The master bedroom, newly redecorated in 2023, has a queen sized bed (150cm) and en-suite bathroom with WC, basin and shower. We know how important it is to be able to settle in and enjoy your home so we have a new built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space exclusively for guests and your suitcases fit under the bed and out of the way.
The 2nd bedroom doubles as an office space. The sofa opens out to be a queen size bed and there's a desk with a swivel chair if you need to work. The wardrobe has plenty of hanging and shelf-life space and we have a new wall-mounted 50" LG TV.
The 2nd bathroom has a WC, basic and bath with integrated shower.
The flat has it's own washing machine for guest's use and a portable rack for drying.
NOTE: Scaffolding is in place through to February 2024 due to cladding works. We have reduced the rates to reflect that the balcony is not usable during this time.
