Summary: First off the strong smell in the building is offensive. The elevator was out so we walked our luggage up to the second floor. He did offer to help with the luggage. No discount offered. Light directly over bathroom sink was out. Not a big issue but I looked down at the sink overflow - yuck! Black mold. The bath tub or the bath mat or both look dirty.
