I love to wake up early to walk the dog along the canal bike path. As my dog finds new smells and furry friends, I watch the various types of boats glide along the canal. Meanwhile, my husband is packing lunches and readying the bikes for the short ride to Scussett beach! As we ride along the bike path to the beach we see fishermen catching striped bass and blue fish. It is so easy to relax and enjoy the area! Welcome!

Welcome to Sagamore Swag! This water view property sits on the Cape Cod Canal where you're sure to see Fishing Vessels, Luxury Yachts, Sailboats, Cruise Ships and more.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a country feel and a brightness throughout with hardwood floors, central AC, fenced in backyard that is pet friendly, off street parking, covered deck and stone courtyard that make this backyard an oasis.
First thing you notice is the view of the canal from the front yard!
The living room has comfy seating for all - a desk for remote working or learning - and a large bay window for those endless views of the canal.
The country kitchen has all you need for your getaway - dishwasher, microwave, toaster and traditional coffeemaker - as well as a fridge and electric stove/oven. The built-in cabinets with local glass adds to the overall colorful feel of the home.
Bathroom #1 is a full bathroom with shower on the main level with unique decor - shingles and shutters - painted in antique white.
A den off the kitchen beckons you to take a "time out" from the busy day and read a book, catch up on missed shows on the TV or take an afternoon nap with the ocean breezes flowing in. The den leads to the covered porch for early morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or al-fresco dinners with an outside table with seating for all. A gas grill will be available for cookouts and s'mores as the night skies approach.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
