Positive: It was close to the beach.
Negative: with very little effort and money, the condo could be much better. We called to the the ceiling fan fixed. Rugs needed to be replaced or cleaned. Queen bed is very small. New shades needed!
Summary: We enjoyed the location but planes were loud.
