You’ll have no shortage of nearby destinations to fill your itinerary with and a charming studio stay to come back to when you’re ready to kick back and relax!
The Space:
Situated in the shared backyard of our rental home, this space provides both convenience and privacy. Despite its compact nature, this space does not compromise on comfort. You'll find all the essential amenities thoughtfully arranged to make your stay enjoyable.
The unit is a tasteful studio concept with a fully equipped kitchenette. The entrance opens to a living area with a comfortable couch that turns into a sleeper sofa, a queen-sized bed, and a mounted TV. This leads into the kitchenette, which is small but is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is also a 3/4 bathroom with a shower. Please note that the stove and oven are currently not available for use.
Whether you are solo or a group of close friends. this space offers a cozy haven after a day of exploring.
Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the entire ADU. Street Parking is available. Please enter through the alley and locate the brown gate with house numbers on it.

Welcome to the Cole neighborhood - a vibrant and thriving urban enclave that has kept its historic charm. Located on the edge of the well-known River Arts North District (RiNo), Curtis Park, and Five Points neighborhoods, you will have no problem keeping your itinerary filled!
This area is a walker and biker’s paradise, as there are lots of great restaurants within just a couple of blocks, and you’re a 1-mile walk to one of Denver’s most popular and hip areas - RiNo! The neighborhood also has its fair share of green spaces and trails, with Fuller Park, Mestizo-Curtis Park, and City Park nearby!
The neighborhood is located in North Denver with easy access to Downtown, the Denver Zoo, Botanic Gardens, sports stadiums, the city’s favorite dining establishments, and so much more!

One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive 1.5 hours through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! But, of course, it's impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life.
Getting Around:
If you've never been to Denver, getting oriented is easy. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is a 10-minute drive West of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas. I-25 will bring you directly to Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.
Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to the nearby RiNo, Five Points, and Curtis Park, the Downtown, Union Station, and City Park neighborhoods are excellent choices for strolling. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!
