Nuestra cocina esta muy bien equipada; horno microondas, licuadora, tostador de pan, cafetera, estufa y refrigeradora, además todo lo básico para cocinar y servirte tus alimentos en un comedor acogedor con vista hacia el parque Ecológico del Condominio, para tener una cena romántica o simplemente hacer tu lectura con una buena tasa de café.
En la habitación principal, tendrás un descanso reparador y relajante contamos con aire acondicionado y televisión smart de 43”. Podrás lavar y secar tu ropa en el centro de lavado, además de plancharla en el lugar, y guardarla en un amplio clóset. Podrás hacer uso de un estacionamiento sin costo adicional y ubicado muy cerca de la entrada principal del apartamento. Puedes hacer uso del Gimnasio al aire libre que esta en el área del parque ecológico, recibir a tus visitas en el lobby o en la planta alta del Edificio con una increíble vista al volcán de San Salvador y Cordillera del Bálsamo. Al terminar o empezar el día aprovecha a tomar un baño refrescante en el baño que además cuenta con agua caliente.

In the main room, you will have a restful and relaxing rest, we have air conditioning and 43 ”smart TV. You can wash and dry your clothes in the laundry center, as well as iron them on the spot, and store them in a large closet. You can make use of a parking lot at no additional cost and located very close to the main entrance of the apartment. You can make use of the outdoor gym that is in the ecological park area, receive your visits in the lobby or on the top floor of the building with an incredible view of the San Salvador volcano and Cordillera del Bálsamo. At the end or beginning of the day, take advantage of taking a refreshing bath in the bathroom that also has hot water.
