Positive: It is a nice and beautiful appartment., Parking is excellent, the terrace is large and beautiful. The kitchen is well equiped, as well as the bathroom. There is enough space for 2 to 4 persons (2 bedrooms for 2 persons). and enough space for luggage. Good wifi, good tv.
Negative: There is no airconditioning. That is realy needed on hot sunny days in Madeira, ad it got quite warm in the appartment. We had to sleep with open windows, that is not bad, the there is a busy road nextdoor, and the noice is not nice. Also many loud barking dogs all night. And lose to the appartment is a bar, that also produced some noice. The hostess was very friendly, explained really well, but did arrive much later than agreed and anticipated by us. There was a nice welcome gift (wine, liquir and cookies), that was appreciated by us. When we where leaving the hostess did not come (not needed indeed) we had to close ourselves, that was fine.
Summary: Beautiful appartment, noisy surroundings, no aircoditioning strangely enough.
