Sand Hollow State Park with its lake, water sport activities, ATV, sand dunes, golf, etc is only 10 minutes away.
Secluded and quiet, yet you are minutes away to restaurants, shopping, attractions & outdoor activities. It is a modern single level home with beautiful view of the mountain and valley.
The master suite with mountain view has a king size bed and its own bath complete with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi.
The second and third bathroom have king size bed and shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom has double bunk beds. There is another full bath next to the kitchen.
