Es una casa espaciosa con mucha luz y decorada con mucho gusto. Dispone de 3 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio, otro con camas individuales y otro con litera, así como tres cuartos de baño con ducha, uno para cada dormitorio.
La cocina es abierta y recibe mucha luz. Está equipada con un gran frigorífico y congelador, placa de inducción, horno eléctrico, vajilla completa y muchas ollas y sartenes. Cerca de la cocina está el salón y el comedor, juntos en una habitación. El comedor tiene una mesa para 6 personas, y el salón un gran sofá y TV. Esta habitación tiene acceso a la terraza de la piscina a través de grandes cristales.
La terraza exterior es muy amplia y rodea toda la casa. Delante de la casa y con vistas al mar, está la piscina, sofás y sillas exteriores. Hay una parte cubierta de piedra blanca y el resto de la terraza es de baldosas. En un lado está la barbacoa y el lavadero, en el otro lado hay una mesa de madera apta para 10 personas. Hay un total de tres toldos eléctricos que pueden cubrir la terraza delantera, la lateral y la trasera para dar un poco de sombra. La entrada de la casa tiene una gran puerta de entrada, y los coches pueden aparcar fuera en la calle, delante de la casa. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, y en el salón hay un gran ventilador de techo. Hay una escalera a la azotea, no amueblada pero ideal para sentarse y disfrutar de la vista panorámica o disfrutar del yoga por la mañana. Por razones de seguridad de los niños hay una puerta en la escalera que debe permanecer cerrada. La piscina también se puede vallar por razones de seguridad. Desde la casa en 5 minutos andando se llega a una pequeña playa de guijarros llamada Playa Codolar. Cala Conta, una de las playas más bonitas con aguas cristalinas y maravillosas puestas de sol está a sólo 3 minutos en coche.
