The home consists of an open plan living /dining area with extensive and breathtaking water views. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all you’ll need for your stay. Three bedrooms (main with ensuite) as well as fourth bedroom that can also be used as second living area (makes an ideal kids retreat with TV & DVD), main bathroom and laundry.
The outer areas are a dream to entertain and relax. The large waterside deck is a wonderful area to share a bottle of local wine and watch the sun set over the river, a BBQ is situated on the rear sheltered deck.
The jetty is a great convenience for those who are into water sports; you’ll be able to launch yachts, boats into the River and Coorong at nearby Sugars Beach boat ramp. Parking is available for guests and boat trailers.
